It’s possible that you still work for the Company, but made the decision to stop paying contributions into your account, perhaps due to Lifetime Allowance or Annual Allowance issues (please click here for more information on these limits).

This means that you will have effectively opted out of being an active member of the DB Section of the Scheme, contributions will cease and your final salary is de-linked at the point of opting out.
