The Trustee is not legally bound by your wishes but will take them into consideration.

If you still work for the Company

You’ll have life assurance under the Excepted Group Life Scheme and should contact HR regarding nominating your beneficiaries for this death benefit: [email protected]

You should review your beneficiary nomination from time to time, particularly if your personal circumstances change.
